What to expect

Leasing through us means you are able to manage your cash flow and identify exactly what your costs per month are, whether that is through short or long-term leasing. There are no hidden charges or nasty surprises with vehicle returns and the only items not covered (under a maintained contract) are windscreen chips, insurance and fuel. Our maintenance package includes tyres!

Customer portal

You will have access to a bespoke online fleet management portal, which means you are able to control and identify areas of risk within your fleet, whilst monitoring all aspects of your vehicles.

This means you can budget effectively as you will not have to pay any unexpected excess mileage or damage charges at the end of the contract, as long as you have followed the simple guidelines for looking after and maintaining your vehicle.

To maintain this guarantee each driver must submit a monthly report confirming their driving license eligibility, current mileage (Mileage capture email) and reporting any damage (Vehicle Roadworthiness email), so that repairs can be carried out promptly. This also helps you to meet your responsibilities for duty of care.
